The Pilates Scientist Method was developed by Collette Campbell MSc - a former West End performer with a deep passion for discovering how the body moves. After over two decades of Pilates practice, Collette combined her Master’s degree in Dance Science with her Level 3 Diploma in Pilates to create a method that unites evidence-based research with mindful, embodied movement.

At The Pilates Scientist Studio, Collette brings this method to life in a calm, supportive environment.
