A 5 week Post Birth Pilates course designed especially for new Mums in the Fourth Trimester. This course focuses building the fundamentals and foundations to help enable a safe return to exercise postpartum. During this course we we will work on breathwork, gentle core and pelvic floor activation alongside stretches. A time to connect to other local Mums and talk about your experience of being a Mum!
